The Training of Trainers (TOT) session is designed to equip participants with the skills, techniques, and confidence needed to deliver impactful training sessions. This program focuses on building trainers who can engage, inspire, and effectively transfer knowledge to their audiences.

I had the privilege of delivering a presentation on Human Resource Management (HRM) to undergraduate students at LIU Bekaa. The session aimed to provide students with a practical understanding of the role HRM plays in shaping successful organizations and supporting employee growth. This interactive session helped students connect HR theories to real-world practices, preparing them to better understand the dynamics of people management in today’s business environment.

Strong leadership is essential for inspiring teams, driving results, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This training was designed to empower participants with the skills and strategies needed to lead with confidence, vision, and impact. The session concluded with the delivery of a Certificate of Completion to the organization’s Management Representative, recognizing their commitment to cultivating strong leadership within their team.

This training was designed to provide participants with practical techniques and strategies to approach negotiations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. The session concluded with the delivery of a Certificate of Completion to the organization’s Management Representative, acknowledging their commitment to developing and strengthening negotiation capabilities within their team.
